The rapper ''Lil Wayne'' is now on the cover of Vibe's magazine. October, November which will hit newstand soon. In the magazine he talks about maybe doing a collab project with Rick Ross. He also talks about looking at drake as a competition and if hip hop influenced the riots england back in August.
